ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a part-time remote Registered Nurse role looking to earn a healthy second line of income OR and RN who is looking for a break from clinical and wants to move over to private care. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive quality care and treatment. They will be responsible for initial client care assessments, constructing care plans ad well as supporting caregiver and clients needs. The RN will document patient care and maintain accurate patient records. The RN will collaborate closely with other members of the healthcare team and provide direct patient care as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
• Experience in home health care or community-based nursing
• Familiarity with medical software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts and skills
• Experience w/ clients who have Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease is a plus
• Driver's License & Vehicle Is An Asset

ALL 4 MUST BE UP-TO-DATE to commence providing care in the community across the province;

1. Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check)
2. Tuberculosis shot (within the past 4 yrs)

4. Flu Shot & COVID-19 Vaccinations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a remote part-time role for a Personal Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. The Personal Support Worker will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent training in a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Compassionate and caring demeanour towards clients
• Flexible availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience w/ clients who have Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease is a plus
