(FIXED RATE) +  (INTEREST PER NET 10 DAY CYCLE):

All Services Provided Are Invoiced At The Time of Completion & Are Subject To A NET10 Day payment cycle. If Payment Is Not Received Within The 10-Day Grace Period, 

Any Overdue & Unpaid Balances Will Be Charged A Fixed Fee of $45 Along With Interest At A Rate of 4.5% Every NET10 Day Calendar Period Until The Balance Is Paid.

If Communication Regarding Remittance Payment Dates & Transaction Confirmation ID's Are Not Received By Our Accounts Team, ALL Overdue Balances Will Incur Late Fees.  

This Fee Includes 

1. A Fixed Late Invoice Payment Penalty $45 .... AND 
2. 4.5% Interest Each NET 10  (Calendar Day) Period.  

These Fees Will Compound Per NET 10 (Calendar Day) Time Period Commencing Day 11 @ 12:00AM IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECONCILED.
